HSPは、高度な感受性を持つ人のことで、自分も30代で家族ができてから、その特性が目立ってきた。

HSP is a person with a high degree of sensitivity, and its characteristics have become more prominent since I was in my thirties and had a family.

うつ状態で休職や離転職をすることも多いが、HSPの長所にも目を向け、うまく付き合っていきたいと思う。
