I'm a little yearning for a way of life called a minimalist.

ミニマリストという生き方に、少し憧れている。

By reducing things, they have more time and money to focus on what they really want to do.

物を減らすことで時間とお金に余裕が生まれ、本当にやりたいことにフォーカスすることができるようになるそうだ。

I also practiced it a little, and I was able to refresh my room and reduce stress.
